The Dug Embryo is a collaboration between prolific electronic sound artist Exuviae and world-renowned cyberpunk writer Kenji Siratori. Mixing vocal recordings of Siratori reading selected pieces of his short fiction with dark and futuristic ambient soundscapes, Exuviae has crafted a soundtrack of sorts; one that grips the listener tightly and holds them in a state of high resolution Sci-Fi/Horror. The artwork and booklet design was constructed by Exuviae as a visual companion to the surreality contained within both the sounds and words of "The Drug Embryo."
